Our Policy
By booking an appointment with Loyalkrown, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment.
- This deposit CANNOT be transferred in the event of a no call / no show.
- Fees for consultations and initial service deposits are non-refundable.

Hair Product & Hair Allergies
- Please inform us of any known allergies to hair and hair products that you may have.
- By booking with Loyalkrown, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

After Care
- Do not add tension to the locs by pulling them.
- You can lightly shampoo two weeks after install.
- If any slippage may occur, it will be reinforced at your next retie. While this doesn't happen often, we want you to know how to proceed if so.

Sanitation
- Each station is cleaned and sanitized before and between each client.
